Its good to know that a big prospect at least looks legit to boot
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.

Re: potential no hitter

Joba looks legit too.

Red Sox normally trade their best prospects, keep the so-so ones. Yankees always managed to trade 'great prospects' for good-great players and those prospects normally disappear quicker than a UVa-Wise defense

Always felt like they did a good job of over-inflating talents actual, err, talent

Re: potential no hitter

Its the win now mentality honestly. I think the Yanks need to stay home with some of the talent, the core players are starting to get a lil age on them, they cant play forever.

Joba looks nasty, thats for sure. Lets hope they dont trade him for Piazza.

Re: potential no hitter

Nah if he has legit ability, the Yanks wont trade him

If he's a guy that they over-inflate, they'll somehow manage to trade him for Jake Peavy or something lol

Actually, I hate their GM because he has done a good job of holding onto some young talent

Yeah, but I know how it works, the finger trigger gets itchy, Andruw Jones or Barry Zito will end up a Yankee at somepoint.
